Specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. He has extensive knowledge in planning law including listed building buildings and highways law including public rights of way.  

Background

Chris studied law at London University and qualified in 1995. He has spent thirteen years working in Local Government at both district and county levels dealing with planning and highway law and nine years with Eversheds acting for public sector and private clients in connection with a wide variety of planning highways and related development matters. He is a legal associate of the RTPI (Royal Town Planing Institute) and a member of the Law Society’s Planning Panel.  

Outside Cole & Co

He enjoys visiting historic sites and buildings and is a member of the National Trust and English Heritage.
