Living Wills

A living will is a legal document which sets out in advance any medical treatments that you may wish should, or should not, be given to you in the event that you become seriously unwell and incapable of making decisions regarding your own health care or treatment. They are also known as advance medical directives.

If you would like to make a Living Will to cover such an eventuality we will be happy to prepare it for you. You should first discuss the circumstances fully with your doctor to ensure that you appreciate all the possible medical consequences and we would recommend that a copy of any Living Will should be kept with your medical records.
